Start the software ArcMap 10.3 Select the option “Extensions…“ from the "Customize" menu.

  1. Activate the checkbox for HTML ImageMapper 14.0.
  2. If the HTML ImageMapper 14.0 toolbar does not appear automatically, you can display it manually. In order to do this, select “Toolbars” in the “Tools” menu and activate "HTML ImageMapper 14.0”. The HTML ImageMapper 14.0 toolbar should appear then:
